E-Services

Teller 24 allows you to "talk" directly with the Credit Union computer for up-to-date account information and transaction needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week! To use Teller 24, you will need:
  • A Touch Tone phone
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)
How to Use Our Phone Teller-Max
  • Dial 1-800-781-1312
  • Enter your account number
  • Enter your secret PIN
At the main menu, you may select any option desired. Max will always state the options available.

Debit/ATM Service

You may apply for an East Coast Credit Union ATM card if:
  • You are a member of East Coast Credit Union, 18 years or older
  • Both Share and Share Draft accounts may be accessed by ATM cards
  • Maximum withdrawals will be $300.00 per day in addition to fees.
Don't write, just SWIPE. It's easier than writing a check with added convenience and security.
