East Coast Credit Union offers the same convenient savings and checking options as many banks. It all starts with your primary account, called a share account. Take a look at our account features:

- 24 hour access to your account through Max our phone teller or online services
- No monthly maintenance fee, with exception of dormant accounts* which incur a one time $3.00 fee and $0.50/ month charge
- Low $5.00 minimum balance (must be maintained at all times)

- Dividends are calculated daily and posted quarterly
- The National Credit Union Association (NCUA) insures cumulative deposits up to $250,000
*Dormant Accounts are defined as accounts without any member-initiated activity for more than 1 year.
Checking Accounts
If you're looking for options, East Coast Credit Union checking account services (called share drafts) offer convenience and flexibility:
- No minimum balance
- Members 18 years or older are eligible
- Initial deposit of $50.00 is required to open the account
- No monthly service charge or per check charge
- VISA Debit Card
- Overdraft protection is available (loan application required)
- Online check reorders (LINK)
- Monthly statements
- 24-hour access to your account via ATMs and ECCU E-Services
